In my opinion, I think this poem is about two people who are in love with each other.Instead of telling each other how they feel about one of another, they treat each other with hate, but whenever they see each other they see beautiful colors like the fireworks.

In my opinion, I believe that the poem is about is about a girl (Amy) who is so in love with someone she describes her feelings as hate. For example "But whenever i see you i burst apart" can mean that when you see someone you love, you cant contain yourself, or you can hate the person so much, you cant control your hate
